According to sources, well known manufacturer of high-performance automobiles, Bugatti is about to launch new replacement for high-speed sports car Veyron, formely known as the Chiron.
New Chiron is to be unveiled at Geneva Motor Show in March 2016, but a Czech Republic based magazine is said to have some preliminary details on the new ride.
As Reported by ProDriver magazine, Chiron tops out at thrashing 290 miles per hour, hitting above 60 in just 2.2 seconds. Its speedometer is said to run all the way up to 500 km/h (311 mph).
According to sources, the new super-car will make 1,500 horsepower and 1,107 pound-feet of torque from an updated version of the Veyron’s quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 engine with some electric supplication.
Moreover, 130 customer orders have been already secured Bugatti reportedly, possibly due its high performance specs.
New Chiron is believed to be priced around $2.19 million for the coupe, while the following Targa version will certainly cost more than tens of thousands .
Before the Geneva Motor Show’s first press meets, Bugatti plans to reveal the new Chiron online in February and for no one’s surprise, it will demand a massive investment in exchange for the world’s new speed king.
