In the second match of Hockey Test series, the Indian team outplayed Japan by a score of 2-0. It was a proud moment for every Indian when the Ace players Yuvraj Walmiki and Dharamvir Singh scored for the team. Proud of you…Chak de India!!
The match had an interesting start where both the teams came out with a fast-paced game. Though Japan relied on calculative offensives to enter into the Indian territory with their long passes, but the latter strengthened its defence line. The fourth quarter was the decision maker where Japan made quick moves and continued to restrict the opponents from getting into the circle until Dharamvir effortlessly attacked the Japanese citadel in the 48th minute, landing the ball into the net, making it 2-0.
This is the second match of the Indo-Japan Hockey series, in which the first match ended into a 1-1 draw. We wish Good Luck to the Indian hockey team and wish for a full-blown win for this National Game series.
