Who is Baba Vanga?
A blind mystic, “Baba Vanga” reportedly predicted many forthcoming events in her 50-year career, becoming known as the “Nostradamus of the Balkans”.
She used to led an ordinary life up until the age of 12, according to legend she abstrusely lost her eyesight during a massive storm and her family found her many days later but her eyes was sealed shut and cloaked with a thick layer of dirt and dust.
After that incident she claimed to have experienced ‘visions’ and also believed that she had been given the ability to heal people and foresee the future.
She also claimed her abilities had something to do with the presence of invisible beings she could not explain.
Baba Vanga quickly draw a large cult following, she was visited by Tsar of Bulgarian, Boris III during the World War II. She later served as an adviser to the Bulgarian Communist Party leaders.She was also believed to be visited by other foreign politicians.
According to some reports, she was manipulated by Bulgarian leadership for their own political agendas.

Presumably, she warned Muslims would invade Europe in a ‘great Muslim war’ which would end with the establishment of an Islamic caliphate by 2043, with Rome as its focal point. Many conspiracy theorists points towards the rise of ISIS as evidence for her claims.
“A huge wave will cover a big coast covered with people and towns, and everything will disappear beneath the water. Everything will melt, just like ice.”
She is also said to have predicted the 9/11 terrorist attack on the Twin Towers in New York, reportedly saying:
“Horror, horror! The American brethren will fall after being attacked by the steel birds.”
She also predicted the nuclear war between year 2010 and 2016, which she said would lead to the desertion of European nations.
She predicted that aliens would help civilization live underwater by 2130 and that there would be a war on Mars in 3005.
However, many of the people who were close to her have claimed that she never made some of the prophecies consigned to her on the internet.
