SHILPA’S GUIDE TO HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS

U.P – Bihar girl Shilpa Shetty, who is known for her beautifully maintained figure is sharing all her secrets in her new book “The Great Indian Diet Book”. The book is co-authored with Luke Coutinho

The book is a guide for all those people who are trying to lose weight in a healthy manner.

The extremely excited author focuses particularly on Indian food , therefore banishing all the myths about our Desi food and putting its benefits in light.

“Everybody is so weight-obsessed that they forget about focusing on health. That’s what the book brings to focus.” said Shilpa in an interview.

Shilpa lost 32kg weight after she gave birth to her son Viaan, by following healthy diet and doing yoga.

“I started doing yoga and started eating healthy and I lost 32 kg in four and a half months. If you put your mind to it, its not difficult.” she added.

Right she is, just be dedicated guys and follow Shilpa’s healthy tips given in her book and you will shed away those extra pounds in no time.
